Welcome To HaitiHOUSE.org  (a division of Harbor Homes, LLC)

Haitihouse.org is the new wholesale direct arm of Harbor Homes, and is dedicated to providing affordable, versatile, and mobile home solutions immediately to the market. Formerly a private FEMA contractor, Harbor Homes LLC has an impeccable record producing mobile homes, travel trailers, and more for disaster relief inside the United States. After hurricane Katrina, another division was responsible for building and transporting thousands of park model homes for American families.

ABOUT HARBOR HOMES
The Harbor Homes story began humbly in the construction trades as Lucas Stewart started a company in Thomasville, Georgia to build top-quality vacation lodges that were both portable and efficient. He soon created a following that included parks and recreation facilities and upper-tier campgrounds. For many years, Stewart Lodges were produced and distributed worldwide.

TRAIL'S END RESORT & MARINA™
A few years ago Mr. Stewart began an ambitious project in his home region of South Georgia along the banks of the Chattahoochee River on 38,000 acre Lake Seminole. He bought a dilapidated property next to a wildlife preserve and has turned it into a well-known vacation retreat, Trail's End Resort and Marina™ in an area with some of the nation's best fishing. Trail's End originally consisted of an RV park, cottages, lake fishing, docks and a small restaurant. Mr. Stewart expanded and modernized everything and in conjunction with the Army Corps of Engineers produced the first and only floating luxury houseboat resort in his region of the country - the COVE at Trail's End Resort.

HARBOR HOMES™ LUXURY HOUSEBOATS
Harbor Homes luxury houseboats soon followed as floating docks were installed along the river. Mr. Stewart took his building knowledge and applied it to practical marine concepts creating the mass produced Harbor Homes™ luxury houseboat - a U.S. Coast Guard inspected, fully marine worthy craft, with a house built better than many land-based homes complete with top of the line cement board siding and full kitchens and baths.

Adding to the resort, he grew the restaurant and put in a floating dock, expanded facilities along a protected inner channel cove and began installing the houseboats along the river. He constructed a brand new clubhouse and private pool with children's playground and began planning for a themed public water splash park and mini-golf recreation facility.

Now a member of the world's largest resort exchange network, RCI, Trail's End Resort & Marina™ hosts fishing tournaments, and has become a wonderful destination for special occasions.

FEMA HOUSING CONTRACTOR
As a government contractor, the company has been called upon to build, test and deliver disaster relief units of various styles. With the founding of Haitihouse.org, Harbor Homes takes another leap forward supplying a wide range of innovative disaster housing and village support solutions to Haiti, and has already received many inquiries from other countries and areas prone to natural disasters. With a higher capacity than most manufacturers we can supply 500 units weekly and even meet custom needs.

Currently we are also handling the indoor air quality testing for a $3.2 billion mobile home production award for disaster units to be used domestically.

HAITIHOUSE™
In the past, Harbor Homes have been sold for missionary work in areas where road access is limited but river access is available. For the Haiti crisis, the company has tapped its knowledge storehouse to design and prep for delivery many kinds of portable, mobile, containerized, and even "pop up" foldout housing. Many of our units can be used as temporary shelter, but can also be used on a more permanent basis, an important point to consider given the extent of devastation and the time it would take to rebuild Haiti on site with traditional materials.

Since the earthquake, Haitihouse.org has already contracted with PAHO/WHO the World Health Organization, churches and others to rapidly ramp up production and supply the most needed units. With a flexible line, i.e. travel trailers that can easily be made into mobile offices for administration, or medical clinics, and living/office containers that can be moved from site to site where needs arise, Haitihouse.org stands ready to meet the demands of the current crisis and beyond.

Haitihouse.org offers our wholesale direct pricing only to qualified government agencies, non-profits, foundations, corporation, churches, missions, and others.

*** With direct sales of our disaster shelter series we are receiving unrelated calls and letters. Please keep in mind our focus when contacting our company. It is our goal to help resettle millions of Haitians and help others in a similar fashion.

Any employment inquiries should be made in person at our main plant.

Thank you for supporting our mission!
