HaitiHouse.org Announces The Arrival Of cargo2™ Container Support Units Arriving In Haiti
[February 5, 2010 - Thomasville, GA USA] Haitihouse.org The HaitiHouse™ division of our company, Harbor Homes LLC, (http://www.haitihouse.org) is the creator of the HaitiHouse™ FlatPackHome™, the FlatPackQuad™, the cargo2™ container series of bunkhouses, showers, kitchens, laundry, and office units, FEMA approved travel trailers, park models, mobile homes and support facilities for use as temporary AND permanent shelters.
HaitiHouse™ is proud to announce that the ship containing the first shipment of cargo2™ custom container units configured for the World Health Organization relief effort are due to arrive in Rio Haina, Dominican Republic on Sunday, February 7th, 2010.
As soon as they are off-loaded they will be transported into Haiti and used by the United Nations to house personnel dedicated to the Haitian relief effort.
HaitiHouse™ has been an integral part of disaster recovery efforts from moments after the earthquake hit Haiti. Our parent company, Harbor Homes LLC, received calls from FEMA, the State Department, the UN and others who have knowledge of our prior disaster recovery capabilities. As a result of our manufacturing teams great effort, the company was able to convert its retail line overnight to dedicate itself to producing the cargo2™ container bunkhouse/bath units in a compressed timeframe, with shipment occuring only 10 business days after the order was placed.
We wish all the resuce and recovery personnel well as we do our part to support their efforts!
